Griselda's Catering was established in 1992 by well known restaurateur Griselda Barajas whose first restaurant, Texas Mexican gave Sacramento an authentic taste of her families recipes and has has since become a downtown institution. Although she is famous for her Tex-Mex cuisine, Griselda's love and passion for food was expanded into her catering company and has since diversified her culinary offerings to include everything from Classic American, European, Pacific Rim, Asian and of course Latin cuisine.

Griselda's Catering is a division of Griselda's Ventures Inc. and specializes in full service catering for any type of event, party or corporate function. Griselda's Catering is located in the State Capitol building and is the exclusive on premise caterer.

Whether it is on-site at one of our exclusive banquet facilities or off-premise in the privacy of your home, a large scale production or a corporate event, Griselda's is able to set up anywhere and everywhere.

Griselda's Weddings division specializes in wedding consultation, menu planning, rental equipment, banquet facilities and everything you need to make the wedding of your dreams. Our menu packages can be tailored to be upscale and cutting edged or you can choose something right off Griselda's Catering regular menu.

Griselda's Direct specializes in On-Line ordering and allows you the flexibility to check our availability, manage your own account and enjoy hassle free ordering with the peace of mind that your event will be taken care of. Our menus our updated regularly and there are no hidden prices.

Griselda's Food on the Fly is our aviation and transportation catering division. Here we offer custom made meals packaged exclusively for private fixed wing aircraft, commercial airlines and charter busses. We offer full concierge services and our packaging, transportation methods and quality control have been certified to meet the criteria set forth by the FAA.
